FiFi started her show career a little later than most of her family members usually do, however she finished her Championship very fast. She attended her very first show when she was almost 11 months old being handled by her co-owner Faye Strauss, a Washington state beeeder of many champion Dobermans. With hardly any show ring training she earned a Reserve to a major that very first week-end out in June 2007, she was beautiful and acted like she'd done it many times before. She then went to her second week-end out and won winners bitch under judge Mrs. Donna Buxton for 2 points. The 10 months being shown for her Championship in limited local shows flew by, especially towards the end where she earned 11 points in about two months. She finished beautifully with a 4 point major at the Puget Sound Doberman Pinscher Specialty show in March of 2008, shown by Ms. Ross while Faye was judging in Australia. She then went on to earn Awards of Merits, Best of Breeds and a Group 3 under judge Col. Joe Purkheiser.
FiFi is not just beautiful. She has brains too. She started training obedience in puppy classes at 11 weeks of age. She earned her CGC at 10 months of age and then trained in agility for fun with one of her human teen-age family members, Soren, who "by the way" also took her through and earned her WAC (Working Aptitude Certificate) at age 2. FiFi earned her Rally Novice title in November 08, then took some time off, and earned her Rally Advanced title in January 10, which meant she had earned the distinguished ROM title (Register of Merit) of the Doberman Pinscher Club of America.
FiFi earned her first major under judge Ms. Mary Anne Brocious at 18
months of age at the the Tacoma Kennel Club show in January 2008.
FiFi finished her Championship in March 2008 at 20 months of age with a 4 point major judged by Mr. Robert Vandiver
The DPCA Regional show in Portland, OR in 2008 had a great line up. FiFi had earned her first Rally Novice leg earlier that morning and then went on to get an Award of Merit under judge Ms. Darlene Young.
FiFi earned a Working Group 3rd place under judge Col. Joe Purkheiser, who had also awarded her winners bitch and BOS earlier in her career.
